Since its right across the street from my apartment, combined with that it's 24 hours, makes it the perfect get-away for those late night fights with the gf. I can just put on my workout clothes and sneakers and head over to let off some steam, then go home after the gf is asleep and wake up in the morning as if nothing happened.
